Rates

The following rates are per 45-50 minute talk therapy session:

Individual Therapy - $150

Couples Therapy - $175

Family Therapy - $200

Ketamine Assisted Therapy:

Preparation and Integration sessions 

45-50 minutes - $150

20-25 minutes - $75

Medication sessions (150 minutes) - $450

Please note that there are additional costs payable directly to the doctor and pharmacy.

Martenson Therapy, LLC is not in network for any insurance plans. If you have out of network benefits, I can supply documentation you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Lateness

It is important to me to maintain my schedule on-time. If you are running late, a quick text or call is appreciated! Out of respect for others on my schedule, if we start late, we will still end on time. 

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

If you aren't available for a scheduled appointment, please let me know as soon as you know. Late Cancellations (with less than 24 hour notice) and No-Shows will be charged 50% of the session fee or $50, whichever is greater.  I generally discontinue services after 3 No-Shows or Late Cancellations.

I reserve the right to discontinue services at any time for any reason.
